End of support for Windows 8.1 and RT without KB2919355

MediaTek(Ralink) MT7630E drops connection after installing KB2868725

Well, after deploying and patching our brand new HP Laptops equipped with WIFI adapter: MediaTek (Ralink) MT7630E started to drop connection and finally wouldn't connect at all.
